RADical is led by a senior management team with more than 20 years of expertise in defining reimbursement strategy and business planning. Applying the lessons learned from the launch of 20+ pharmaceutical and biotech products, RADical Group brings to every engagement hands-on experience in all managed markets segments.
RADical Group was built on Rhonda Greenapple’s commitment to concentrate on biologics, devices, and specialty pharmaceuticals. She focuses her considerable energy on gaining access and increasing market share for clients whose products range from unique chemical entities to highly competitive therapeutic categories.
Previously, Greenapple built a nationally recognized team as president of the Managed Markets division of McCann Healthcare, where she was instrumental in launching a number of biologics and medical devices. Her experience includes managed markets and reimbursement strategies for billion-dollar brands Procrit and Humira.
Greenapple honed her knowledge of oncology, infectious disease, and CNS disease as founder and executive director of Hospice of New Jersey, a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified program. Her team opened the first inpatient hospice unit in New Jersey. She holds a Bachelors of Science from Cornell University and a Masters of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina.
Greenapple is published in managed markets journals and is a frequent presenter at national and international forums on drug benefit trends, Medicare Part D, and specialty pharmacy.
Catherine Gulka has a strong experience in the implementation of marketing programs (research studies, planning special events, sales presentations) in international environments. Prior to joining RADical Group, Gulka developed and implemented corporate marketing initiatives throughout Europe and the United States for a global leader in the environmental services sector.
She also served as a consultant to French businesses in the development of international partnerships, building a worldwide partnership network to facilitate research and analysis of potential international investments. Fluent in four languages -- English, French, Italian and German – Gulka has lived throughout Europe, building extensive firsthand knowledge of European markets.
Gulka received her bachelor’s degree in Law in Lyon, France. She studied in Germany and Italy and holds an MBA in International Business from Portland State University in Oregon.
Jackie has successfully launched specialty products in multiple therapeutic categories and brings with her diverse perspectives and experiences. She has tangible knowledge of and experience with web-driven interactive projects, oncology specialists training, managed markets tactics, and market research. She enjoys project management, creative opportunities and strategic thinking.
Prior to joining the RADical Group, Jackie was an Account Executive/Internal Communication Manager at a boutique public relations firm. There, she led multiple accounts, spearheaded the social media division of the company and served as a copy writer, as well as a proofreader. Jackie received her B.A. in Communication from Rutgers University and her M.S. in Corporate Public Relations from Boston University. Jackie has also completed the London Graduate Mass Communication Program, where she was able to spend a summer studying global marketing communication and mass media while participating in a full-time internship at Brunel University.
