Rhonda Greenapple, MSPH

President and Founder

Rhonda Greenapple focuses all her considerable energy on gaining access and increasing market share for her clients, whose products range from unique chemical entities to highly competitive therapeutic categories. RADical Group was built on her commitment to concentrate on biologics, devices and specialty pharmaceuticals. Rhonda is published in managed care journals and has spoken in national and international forums on drug benefit trends, Medicare Part D, and specialty pharmacy.

Previously, Rhonda built a nationally recognized leadership team as president of the Managed Markets division of McCann Healthcare. In that role, she was instrumental in launching a number of biologics and medical devices.  Her experience includes the managed care and reimbursement strategy for Procrit and Humira, both billion-dollar brands.

Rhonda honed her knowledge of oncology, infections disease and CNS disease as Executive Director and founder of Hospice of New Jersey, a Medicare and Medicaid certified program. Her team opened the first inpatient hospice unit in New Jersey. She received her Bachelors of Science from Cornell University and received her Masters of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina. rgreenapple@radicalgrp.com

Eric M. Mensh

Executive Vice President

Eric Mensh has broad expertise in the areas of coding, coverage and reimbursement for biologics. With more than 20 years in the medical industry, he has successfully launched blockbuster pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotechnology products. Eric is a proven leader in identifying and providing strategic and tactical solutions that set trends in the payer marketplace.

Prior to joining RADical Group, Eric was vice president at Torre-Lazur Managed Markets, agency of record for Orencia (abatacept) for all managed care and payer strategies.  Previously, he served as vice president of Ambulatory Services at Option Care, focused on adapting specialty pharmacy operations to meet the needs of the rapidly growing number of infused and injected biologics. 

Eric also played a critical role at Centocor (J&J) as National Account Manager, Payer Marketing, and as Director of Strategic and Specialty Accounts, where he built and led a national team of account managers focused on managed care, PBMs and specialty pharmacy.  At Centocor he was instrumental in driving Remicade sales growth from $80 million to over $2 billion in six years.

Eric graduated Summa Cum Laude from Claremont Tech, University of New Hampshire System with a degree in Applied Science and Physical Therapy. emensh@radicalgrp.com

Rachel Brody, MD, PhD

Medical and Scientific Director

Rachel Brody brings rigorous academic background, research experience and clinical training to a variety of marketing and medical communication challenges. Dr. Brody has published in several clinical and research journals and has presented work at national and international meetings. Her post-graduate research interests have included hepatitis B and B and the molecular genetics of cancer.

Her therapeutic areas of interest include Oncology, Hepatitis C, Monoclonal Antibodies and Supportive Care biologics.

Dr. Brody received her MD/PhD from New York University School of Medicine and was a Pathology Fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering.

Catherine Gulka

Director of Operations

Catherine Gulka has a strong  experience in the implementation of marketing programs (research studies, planning special events, sales presentations) in international environments.

Catherine had worked in marketing for a global leader in environmental services, where she developed, implemented and coordinated all corporate marketing projects in Europe and the United States.

She has also owned and operated a consulting company, advising French businesses in the development of international partnerships. In that role, she built a worldwide partnership network to facilitate research and analysis of potential international investments. Catherine speaks four languages -- English, French, Italian and German -- and has lived throughout Europe, building an extensive knowledge of European markets.

Catherine received her Bachelor Degree in Law in Lyon, France. She studied in Germany and Italy and received her Masters in Business Administration in International Business from Portland State University of Oregon.

Julie Schachter

Vice President
Strategic Planning

Julie Schachter has more than ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has successfully launched specialty products in multiple therapeutic categories.  Julie’s experience in brand management and strategic thinking makes her a tremendous asset to our clients

Prior to working at RADical Group Julie worked at Berlex Laboratories in both Product and Marketing Management positions.  At Berlex, Julie has led launch teams in womens health products including Mirena, Yasmin and Climara Pro.

Julie also brings extensive experience in biologics having worked in Berlex’s Therapeutic Business Areas (Betaseron, Betapace).   In her role, she was instrumental in getting medical and pharmaceutical benefit coverage for Mirena.

Julie received her Bachelor Degree from University of Delaware and is an MBA candidate at Seton Hall University.
